Every Noircultwear tee, long sleeve, hoodie and beanie is already in stock and ready to ship. This page explains where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes, so you know exactly when your next piece will turn up.

Where we ship

Noircultwear is a US business and ships only to addresses within the United States, covering all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. We do not accept international orders.

Shipping method and carriers

We offer one option: Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the size of your order, your package travels with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

How long delivery takes

Your order should arrive within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the date you place it. That window already includes processing:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
• In transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and holiday volume can occasionally push a package past the estimate.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the latest status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Changing or canceling an order

Need to fix a size or an address? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before your order enters processing or shipment. Once it has moved on, we may not be able to change it, but you can still use our Returns & Refunds Policy after it arrives.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can try to correct it before your order is processed.

Damaged, incorrect or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another suitable solution at no cost to you. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
